About Gena BeanI started a journey into meditation practice almost twenty years ago. About ten years ago, my own practice of yoga bloomed organically out of the meditation. And during the last few years, teaching yoga and meditation to others bloomed organically out of my own experiences.I teach Relaxation Yoga in office lunch rooms, client living rooms, and at Salem Street Studio in Medford. I also teach meditation, breathing techniques and yoga nidra. Stress is a kind of routine for many of us. It can be difficult to take the steps necessary to reduce stress on one's own. My classes are designed to give you the tools you need to be calm, focused, and happy.
