Relaxation Yoga
Mondays 6:30-7:45pm gentle for all levels
with Gena Bean
Relaxation Yoga is designed to give you the tools you need
to be focused and calm. We use stretching, breath and inner focus to create
feelings of peace and happiness. A "re-charge your batteries" class for everyone.
Starting Sept 10th: the Wednesday class will be a half step more energetic, so it requires more muscles strength than the Monday class. But don't worry, it is still Relaxation Yoga, not a vigorous class. There will be added instruction for students from other sports (karate, golf, running, knitting, parenting, etc) who want to cross-train using meditation and yoga to enhance their game.
Beginners are welcome to both/either class.
Folks who have extra stiffness or a past surgery should start on Mondays.
Tang Soo Do
Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays
Tang Soo Do is the martial art form for you if you are looking to gain confidence, learn self defense,
or just have a good time.
Stress Reduction Intensive
Start re-arranging your schedule for next January (01/17/09), there will be an eight week intensive in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
MBSR is for people who want to fundamentally change the way that they handle stress.
Do you need to re-focus on what is important in life?
This link will bring you to the MBSR info page.
